Containerisation
Packaging an application with its dependencies into an image that runs the same anywhere, isolated from the host but sharing its kernel.
What people get wrong
A container is not a virtual machine. It shares the host kernel, which is why a CUDA image must match the host driver and why a container alone does not make GPUs visible.
A definition is not an understanding. This is taught properly in Containers and deployment, part of Containers.
