Asked about The rounds that are not about code
How do you prepare for a values round when you do not know what they want to hear?
An answer that works
You are not meant to. Read what the organisation has published, form an actual response including the parts you disagree with, and work out what would change your mind. Then say the same thing in every round of the loop, because the answers are compared in the debrief.
Reading an answer is not being able to give one. The section that teaches this is The rounds that are not about code, 4 hours of Interviewing well.
