Asked about Reading papers without reading papers
How do you keep up with the literature?
An answer that works
Triage rather than volume. Abstract, figures and conclusion for most, method and results for the promising ones, full depth only for what I will build on. Breadth comes from following people with good judgement; depth I do myself.
Reading an answer is not being able to give one. The section that teaches this is Reading papers without reading papers, 5 hours of Reading papers.
